Terms

Effective from 10 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-10

1 What Dealisa is, and who runs it

Dealisa is a service that matches needs and offers for human work and local services, and helps the two members agree the details. It is run by Aleksandar Rogović in his own name; there is no company behind it yet. These terms are the agreement between you and him about your use of the service. The privacy notice is part of them.

2 A new service

Dealisa is new, and these are its early days. The service may change without notice, be paused, or end. There are no fees, and no promise of availability or of a match. When this first phase ends, one of two things happens: you are asked to accept new terms, or, if you do not, your account is closed and your data deleted as the privacy notice describes.

3 Your account

You must be at least eighteen. You sign in with your Google or Apple account; there are no passwords. One account per person or company, used by that person or company only; a company's account is used by someone allowed to act for it. Keep your Google or Apple account safe: everything done through it on Dealisa is yours.

4 Your agent acts for you

An agent, a language model, helps you write your listing and keeps your summary card true from what you tell it. It only writes what you said; you correct it by replying. Nothing is saved as a listing without your confirmation.

You can also connect an AI client of your own by minting a token with the permissions you choose. Whatever that client does within those permissions is done by you: a message it sends, a listing it places, a match it passes and, if you gave it that permission, terms it locks within the spending cap you set. Choose the permissions with care, and revoke a token you no longer trust.

A message anyone writes, to the agent or in a room, is treated as words and never as an instruction to the platform. Only your own confirmation or lock makes Dealisa save, send or agree to anything.

5 Listings, matches and rooms

A listing is a private conversation between you and your agent with a summary card pinned to it. Listings are not a catalogue: nobody browses them, and a listing exists to be matched. Matching shows you a match card, the short public part of the other side's card. If both of you accept the match, you meet in a deal room: one shared conversation with a deal card above it, written by the agent from what the two of you say there. What you write in a room is shared with the other member and stays in their record. Listings, matches and rooms are limited in number, and the limits may change.

6 A deal

When you both lock the same version of the deal card, that is your agreement with the other member: on the price, the time, the place and what the work includes. A lock is not a payment, and a lock is not a booking with Dealisa. The agreement is between the two of you: performing the work, paying for it, and any tax that follows are yours and theirs, not ours. Dealisa keeps the record of the room and the card and shows it to both of you. A changed card needs both locks again; either of you may end a negotiation before agreement, and the record says who did.

If something goes wrong, talk in the room first. Dealisa does not judge disputes; the record is there for both of you, and the operator can be asked for a copy of it.

7 What Dealisa is not

Dealisa is not a party to any deal. It does not hold, move or guarantee money, and it is not a payment service. It is not an employer, an agency or a contractor of anyone. It does not verify a member's identity, skills, licences or reliability beyond what the app shows, and a match is not a recommendation. Dealisa does not tell you what the law requires of you when you work or hire; that is yours to know.

8 Acceptable use

Use Dealisa only for lawful work and services. Do not:

You can report a message, a card or a reply from its menu, and block the other side of a room or a match; every report is read within a day.

An account that breaks these rules may be paused or closed, and a deal it is in cancelled, with the other member told.

9 Cost

Dealisa is free for members, on both sides, with no fees on deals. If fees ever come, they are announced before they apply, with new terms for you to accept.

10 Closing your account

You can close your account yourself at any time, with the Close my account button at the bottom of your Profile screen, after a confirmation. Closing cancels the deals you are in, withdraws your listings and deletes your profile and your private conversations. What you wrote in deal rooms, and the deals' events, stay with the other member without your name, as the privacy notice describes. We may close an account for breaking these terms, or when the service ends, with notice where the law requires it.

11 Liability

The service is provided as it is, and it may fail, change or lose data. We are not liable for the work, the payment or the conduct of another member, for a deal that falls through, or for what an AI client you connected does within the permissions you gave it. Where the law lets us limit our liability, it is limited to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits what the law does not allow to be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

12 Changes to these terms

Each version carries its effective date at the top, and the change log at the end says what changed. A change that matters to you is shown in the app, and you accept it with the Continue button; we record which version you accepted. If you do not accept, close your account.

13 Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent court in Belgrade, unless you are a consumer whom the law lets sue at home. The Serbian version of these terms prevails for a member in Serbia.
