1 How to delete your account

1. Sign in at dealisa.app/app with the account you want to close.
2. Open your Profile and press Close my account at the bottom of the screen.
3. Read what goes and what stays, and confirm with Close it.

Your account is closed at once. There is no undo: signing in again with the same account starts a fresh one.

2 What is deleted

• Your profile: your name, your email address and your phone number.
• Your listings and your private conversations with your agent.
• The private rows of your cards.
• The AI clients you connected and the devices you signed in on.

Negotiations you are in end, and the other member is told you left.

3 What stays, and for how long

• What you wrote in a deal room stays with the other member as their record, without your name.
• Agreed cards and the deals' events stay in the log the same way, without your name.
• Technical logs are kept for up to thirty days.
• Database backups are kept for seven days and then overwritten, so the deletion reaches them within that week.

The privacy notice says the same in its section on how long we keep your data.

4 If you cannot sign in

Write to support@dealisa.app from the email address of your account and ask us to close it. We write back to that address to confirm it is you, then close the account and tell you when it is done.
